Our first exco meeting will be arranged by our new choir president,

We look forward to working with a new dynamic team of choir leaders
who will strive towards choral and leadership excellence, and always
fly the Xinmin flag high!

- Organises the choir and the choir committee
- Holds sectionals (Practices without Mr Yong)
- To know and fill in every other job in the committee
- Works with committee to head plan activities
- Acts as a bridge between the teachers, choir and choir committee
- Discipline and Welfare
- Serves as Student Conductor

Vice President
- To help the President in everything listed above
- To work closely with one another
- Focuses on areas like Discipline, Welfare, Administrative Matters and Event Planning

Secretary/Treasurer
- Write minutes at choir committee meetings
- Late coming System
- Collect Choir funds and other monetary matters
- To act as person in charge if President and Vice President not around
- Handles all choir documents (Archive). Eg: Choir contact list

Store master
*This is something new is a temporary name for a hybrid between a quartermaster and the librarian
- Handles Quarters (places) that choir uses
- Handles Choir Scores
- Handles Costumes
- Handles Choir Store
- To act as a bridge between Drama Club and Choir

SL or Section(al) leader
- To hold Sectionals
- In charge of discipline of own section
- In charge of organising own section
- Act as Bridges between various sections

The Mid-year examinations are finally over and I hope everyone has done their best for their examinations.

So the more important part.

Please note that

Choir practices will resume next week on Wednesday, 20th May at 3pm

Please be punctual. This means: Be in the choir room at 3pm sharp, no allowance time!!!

Programme on 20th May.
1. General Elections of the new committee members.
2. Announcements on upcoming peformances and events.
3. Announcements on Holiday Practices.
4. Announcements on new scores/choreography of dances for the event in July.
